Cyber Time Solutions - Terms & Conditions
1. This agreement if for a 12-month period, it is to ensure a smooth relationship for both parties.
2. The agreement dictates that the afore mentioned services must be provided and the payment received and that any additional work to what has been specified may be chargeable.
3. Text, Pictures, Photographs supplied to Cyber Time Solutions will be added to the website under the impression that the sender of these items owns the right to distribute these articles.
4. After the 12-month period either of the parties can terminate the contract if they so wish to do so. If both parties want to continue in this business partnership a new agreement is to be drafted and signed.
5. All websites create by Cyber Time Solutions are protected by ‘Intellectual Property Law (1967)’ and is upheld by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
6. In line with Google’s recommendation that no webdesign company can guarantee first page results on their search engine, Cyber Time Solutions do not offer such a guarantee. However every attempt will be made to maximise your exposure on all the major search engines demed relevant to your online marketing strategy.
7. Due to the nature of the web design industry all payments must be made in full and a signed agreement returned to Cyber Time Solutions before any work will commence. All payments are non refundable after work has been competed on the sites design.
8. An annual hosting charge is applicable every year depending on the websites size and facilities included; it will be drafted on a new agreement but is a term of this initial agreement.
9. Domain renewals on all .co.uk, .com, .net, .biz, .ltd.uk, .eu, .tv and .info names are charged every year, on your renewal date depending on when this agreement starts. You will be given 2 weeks notice when your domain name is ready to expire.
10. Any Threatening or intimidating behaviour towards Cyber Time solutions staff will not be tolerated and may result in the early termination of any business agreement. This behaviour includes, physical threats, constant verbal abuse and unfounded threats of legal action etc.
11. Cyber Time Solutions reserve the right to access your website at anytime during this agreement period to conduct work on the site they deem necessary.
